Dr. Todd Guay
Dr. Todd Guay graduated with honors from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in animal science. It was at that time, with his work on a local dairy farm, that his interest in cows and working with farmers became his goal. He was one of 4 out-of-state students in his class accepted into the University of California Davis Veterinary School. After graduating, he spent two years working in a primarily Bovine practice. Due to ever-changing circumstances and moving locations, he ended up working in a 24-hour small animal emergency clinic. His interest in emergency surgery has continued and is still one of his favorite and best skills. After moving back closer to family, he has been working in overnight emergency for over 11 years in the West Chester area. But due to the wear and tear of the overnights looked to switch to daytime work. Shortly after that, in April of 2019, he purchased the clinic from Dr. Spancake. He has been continuing to do day and emergency work for his clients and expanding as many services as he possibly can. If he had free time, he would love to sleep. He is supported by his wife Genelle and kept awake by his three children and three dogs.
Dr. Thomas Wilkerson
Dr. Tom is a small animal and exotic animal veterinarian. He developed a special interest and love for exotic animal medicine and surgery from his own pets and working with wildlife and wildlife labs. In addition, he loves dog and cat internal medicine and surgery.
Dr. Tom knew he wanted to be a veterinarian since the age of 4. After serving in the Army for four years, he then went out to fulfill his lifelong dream of becoming a veterinarian. He graduated from Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine at Virginia Tech in 2009. He has several years of experience in both general and emergency medicine.
Dr. Tom and his wife have two daughters, two cats named Ophelia and Laertes, and a mixed breed dog named IHOP.
